Health From the Sun Men's FiProFLAX, 16 2-tbsp servings
Baking Powder, 3 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Xylitol, 6 tsp
Egg, fresh, 5 large
Water, tap, .5 cup (4 oz.)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 5.3 tbsp (1/3 cup)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare pan (12x15 with sides works best) with oiled parchment paper or silicone mat.
1. Mix dry ingredients well - a whisk works best.
2. Whisk wet ingredients together, then mix into dry.
3. Immediately spread onto parchment paper into a roughly rectangular shape, to about the thickness of a piece of bread.
4. Bake about 20 minutes, until it springs back when you touch the top.
5. Cool and cut into 12 similar-sized shapes.
Remember, flax has carbs, but is an equal amount of fiber, so the net carbs is essentially 0. Yea!
