Ingredients

    onions
    garlic
    cabbage
    carrots
    celery
    green beans
    broccoli
    zucchini
    spinach
    chicken broth
    tomato paste

Directions

saute onions and garlic in a little bit of chicken broth to save fat
add the hard veggies and cook until softening
add rest of veggies and tomato paste and chicken broth
simmer until cooked
freezes well
