Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    6 oz. can of white albacore tuna in water
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. sweet relish

    1/4 cup sweet red pepper, (raw, sliced)



Directions

Drain and place tuna in bowl.
Add garlic, relish, and egg white...mix completely.
Add bread crumbs, and mix completely.

Make 4 patties.

Spray frying pan with pam, add 1.5 teaspoon to pan....Place patties and sweet peppers in pan, and heat till peppers are just tender. Turn patties as needed.

I serve this with new potatoes, and it is great.

2 servings of 2 patties each, and approx. 1/8 cup sweet peppers.
