Ingredients

    1 pound chicken breasts (ground or chopped)
    2 28 oz. cans contadina crushed tomatoes
    1 large onion chopped
    1 1oz. package chili seasoning
    1 large pepper chopped
    2 15.5 oz. cans hanover red kidney beans

Directions

Fry ground chicken ( 1 lb.) in fry pan with a little water.Fry until cooked. Put crushed tomatoes (2- 28 oz. cans), onions ( 1 Lg.), seasoning (1 oz. Pkg.) and chicken in large pot. Simmer on very low heat for 2 hours. (Low heat flavors the meat). Put chopped peppers and 2 cans of kidney beans (15.5 oz. cans) in pot and simmer for another half hour.
