Ingredients

    1 small Pumpkin
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 small can Spanish olives w/pimento, sliced

Directions

Cut out top of pumpkin and scoop out seeds like you're going to carve it. Fill the pumpkin with ground beef, onion, garlic, peppers, mushrooms and olives. Put the top back on pumpkin. Put pumpkin in a shallow baking dish lined with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for a few hours, until you can easily puncture the pumpkin skin with a fork. Remove from oven and let sit for about 5 minutes. Slice down the sides letting the stuff in the middle fall onto each piece you slice.
