Ingredients

    1 cup bananas, mashed
    .25 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 egg whites
    3 tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    .25 cup rolled oats, ground
    1 tsp baking soda
    .5 tsp baking powder
    1 scoop Whey Protein Powder, Vanilla
    1.5 tbsp Flaxseed
    2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    .5 cup walnut pieces
    .25 cup dried blueberries

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients, mix well.
Add next 7 ingredients, mix well.
Add last 2 ingredients, mix.

Grease bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 mins.
