Ingredients

    525g diced chicken breast
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 box campbells chicken stock
    1 can sweet corn
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 dollop of sour cream

Directions

Place all ingredients except sour cream into slow cooker.
Cook until chicken is done. Serve with sour cream

  • This sounds good but TOO much sodium for me. However I think I can modify it and reduce the sodium. I love cooking in the slow cooker...so easy! - 5/19/11
