Introduction
I found a base recipe online for this dressing and I went with it and this is what I come up with. I get tired of olive oil/vinegarette type dressings so I wanted something a little creamy and this is perfect if you like limes. Ingredients
-
8 Tbs (.5 cup) Mayonnaise made with Olive Oil
.5 cup Lime juice (= 4 limes juiced)
2 tsp ground ginger
1tsp garlic powder or fresh minced garlic
2 tsp splenda
Directions
whisk all ingredients in med bowl. Refrigerate over night before servings so the flavors have time to meld but it's also great to serve immediately. Can keep in fridge up to a week.
Depending on the consistency you like you can add more or less mayo or even add a little milk to get the right consistency but calories will be different if you change anything. This recipe has even more potential to change up and make your own. If you are not a garlic person you might want to leave out the garlic. This amount is not real noticeable so if you like garlic you can add more to your taste.
Serving Size: about 6 servings (depending on how much you use)
Number of Servings: 6
