Ingredients

    1lb gound lean turkey
    onion powder
    3 garlic cloves
    2 cups of tomato juice
    parsley
    basil
    oregano
    2.5 cups of cooked whole wheat pasta
    1cup of 1% cottage cheese
    1/4 cup parmasan cheese
    2 egg whites
    100g mozzarella cheese

Directions

cook pasta till almost done. While pasta cooking, put gound turkey, spices tomato juice and diced tomatoes into skillet and simmer. When pasta is almost done drain and add to skillet.
