Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    35 gms avocado, mashed
    1 Tbsp minced onion red or white
    2 Tbsp minced fresh cilantro
    1 tsp minced hot pepper of your choice
    1/2 cup finely diced tomato
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    dash of salt to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Let sit for at least 10 minutes. Enjoy with chili and chips.

    This is my favorite way to make guac!I tend to go heavy on the cilantro and add lime juice whenever I have the limes around. - 5/24/10
