Introduction

This came from the "Make it Fast, Cook it Slow" cookbook. I put this together last night & it's going in the crockpot today. I feel great knowing my family is going to have a healthy dinner on the table tonight! This came from the "Make it Fast, Cook it Slow" cookbook. Ingredients

I found all of these ingredients in my fridge or cupboard. You can really use any type of canned tomatoes, the recipe actually called for fire-roasted tomatoes, but the italian seasoning is a good substitute. If you substitute Gluten Free Worcestershire sause, then the whole thing is Gluten free.

Directions

Brown the the hamburger. Cook the rice as directed. Mix together all the ingredients except the peppers. Cut the tops off the peppers and clean out the inside. Scoop the hamburger mix into the peppers (4 fit in my crockpot, but you can use more if you have the spcae). Put the tops on the stuffed peppers and place in a crockpot. Add 1/3 cup water and set to cook for 6-8 hours. Enjoy!
