Some people see pickles and tuna and cringe. This recipe has been in my family for decades and it has been a hit with all ages. Give it a try! Ingredients

    2 can Tuna in water, drained
    2 large Eggs
    1 slice medium onion
    1 medium Dill Pickle
    3 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
    Pepper to taste
    4 Pita Pocket Bread halves (2 whole)

Directions

Boil Eggs. Chop onions, pickles and boiled eggs to preferred consistency. Mix all ingredients together and serve inside pita pockets.

Serving Size: Makes 4 pita sandwhiches
