    1/2 cup Arugula, chopped
    1/2 cup Radicchio, chopped
    1/4 cup Endive, chopped
    4 piece Sun Dried Tomatoes
    4 oz Grilled Chicken Breast, no skin,
    2 Tbsp Ken's Light Options Dressing Balsamic Vinaigrette
    1 oz Shaved Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Toss the salad "greens", sun dried tomatoes and chicken with the dressing. Shave the parmesan cheese on top.
