Ingredients

    1 1/2 pound Pork Tenderloin
    2 tablespoon Pineapple Juice, Concentrate
    1 tablespoon Ginger, fresh
    2 tablespoon Lime Juice
    2 teaspoon Rum, Dark
    1/3 cup water

Directions

To prepare for group:
1. Cut pork into 2 inch cubes.
2. Combine all remaining ingredients and add to pork cubes.
3. Freeze flat.

Cooking day:
1. Thaw.
2. Thread pork cubes on skewers.
3. Grill 6 inches from heat for 10-15 minutes, rotating the skewers.
