Introduction

tomato based meat & potato curry, serve over rice tomato based meat & potato curry, serve over rice

Ingredients

    5-6 medium potatoes, peeled, diced
    2c cooked beef
    1tbsp flour
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1-2 tsp red pepper
    1/8-1/4 tsp ginger (ground)
    2 tsp curry powder
    1tsp paprika
    1 lg can diced tomatoes
    3/4c ketchup

Directions

Dice potatoes and meat.
Cover with water in pot
cook until potatoes tender
measure flour and spices in a bowl with watwer, make paste
add tomatoes to potato/meat mixture
mix in flour/spice mixture
Add ketchup
simmer
serve over rice
