Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup uncooked pasta
    2 celery stalks
    1 onion
    1 carrot
    1 tomato
    2 garlic cloves
    1 cup cooked shrimp

    .5 cup cream cheese
    .5 cup parmesan cheese
    .5 cup milk

Directions

Cook pasta in water.
Chop onion, celery, tomato and garlic, grate carrot.
Stir fry in pan until almost done, add shrimp.
Drain pasta, add to pan of vegetables. Stir in alfredo sauce.

Alfredo Sauce
Put cream cheese, pamesan cheese and milk in 2 cup microwave safe bowl, microwave for 1 minute, stir, microwave for another 30 seconds.
