Ingredients

Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 4 tbs
    Minced Garlic, 2 tbsp
    White Rice, 4 cup
    Minced Onion (dried), 2 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
Pork Loin Chops, about 2 pounds
    Tony Chachere’s, 2 tsp
    Savoie's Browning & Seasoning Sauce, 1 tsp
    Corn Starch, .25 cup

Directions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil, add garlic. Sautee until brown. Add onions and pork chops and braise until both sides are brown. Add water to cover pork chops. Cover & simmer for about 45 minutes on medium heat. Meanwhile, cook rice as normal. Add mixed corn starch (mix with water in a separate bowl or measuring cup to avoid making lumps in your pan), stir well. Add browning sauce and re-cover, simmering 10-15 more minutes. Serve over rice with your favorite vegetable.
