Introduction

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    5 Tbs oil (soybean)
    1/2 c buckwheat flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/4 c. cocoa

Directions

Mix all together in bowl. When all ingredients are moist, pour/scrape into 8x8 in. pan. (corners will be empty, but fill while baking).
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
Serve warm a la mode or cooled.
