Introduction
I used left over beef from a very lean rump roast, juice included. I added about 4 oz of lean beef brisket to make it a little drier. Directions
Using leftover roast with it's juice. Would probably use the roast for making soup during the winter months but when it is 95 degrees outside, it makes a cool and tasty sandwich item. My wife puts in on a rice cake to have it be gluten free.
