Introduction

Ingredients

3 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts cut in halves
1 Cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
2/3 Cup grated Parmesan cheese (32 tsp is the conversion)
1 tsp Garlic (I use minced)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Italian Herb Seasoning (optional, I like to spice up the bread crumbs)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a ziploc bag, blend the olive oil and garlic. In a large bowl, mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasoning. Place the chicken breasts in the ziploc bag with the oil mixture, seal bag and shake to coat evenly. Individually remove each breast and toss in dry mix, coating evenly. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the baking dish, and top with any remaining dry mix if desired.
Bake 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Serving Size: Makes 6 chicken breast pieces
