Introduction
I created this recipe as an alternative to traditional Italian style pasta sauce. I created this recipe as an alternative to traditional Italian style pasta sauce.Number of Servings: 5
Ingredients

1 lbs Ground Beef, lean
1/2 large Onion, chopped
2 cloves, Garlic
3/4 cup Mushrooms, fresh, chopped
1+1/4 cup Half and Half Cream
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
2 Tbsp Curry powder
1 Tbsp Corriander, fresh, minced
1/2 lbs (227 g) Catelli Smart Pasta, spagetti
Directions
Boil spagetti for 10 min. Drain.
Whisk cream and cornstarch together in a sauce pan. Warm over medium, stirring constantly. When sauce comes to a boil take off of heat.
Saute beef, onion and garlic in a sauce pan until beef has browned. Add mushrooms and cook for a couple minutes. Stir in sauce and curry powder.
Put spagetti on plate, top with sauce and sprinkle with corriander.
Serving Size: makes 5 1+2/3 cup servings (1 cup pasta & 2/3 cup sauce)
