Ingredients

    Kosher Salt
2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 oz (1 serving) Dreamfields Healthy Carb Living Spaghetti
    1-2 Cloves Garlic
    Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
    1 TBS Chopped Fresh Parsley

Optional: Butter Buds and garlic powder on finished pasta.

Directions

1) Bring large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente - about 9 minutes. Drain. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
2) Heat the olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute or until it sizzles. Add Red Pepper Flakes. Saute until garlic begins to brown - about 2 minutes. Add reserved pasta water and a pinch of salt. Continue to cook for 5 minutes.
3) Turn heat down to med-low and add drained pasta and parley. Toss until the pasta has absorbed most of the liquid - about 3 minutes. Serve.

Note: After cooking added a dash of Butter Buds and some garlic salt for extra flavor.
