Drop by tablespoon size scoops (or larger ones for bigger

the oven, remove to cooling racks to cool completely. Makes
about three dozen small or two dozen large cookies. [I got 60 cookies which decreases the calories and fat] These
cookies store best in the freezer if not eaten immediately!

Wow ~ these are TOO good! (to stop at ONE, that is) Thanks for sharing the recipe. I only had creamy pb, so I put a whole cup of leftover party peanuts (chopped) about a cup of the choc. chips and about a 1/2 cup of butterscotch chips ~ so yummy, and it made 72 servings. 11 min. was perfect! THANKS! - 1/24/11
