Ingredients

    3 tbsp natural chunky peanut butter (Smuckers)
    1 cup 2% milk
    1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
    1 medium fresh banana
    2 tsp vanilla
    4 tsp Splenda
    Ice

Directions

Blend and taste the awful torture that is this smoothie.

    Too much peanut butter and I would use smooth. Add a scoop of chocolate protein and it would be really good! - 6/2/11

    The only natural peanut butter I had was chunky. (I never thought there could be too much peanut butter!) :( Choco protein would be good! I'll try that!

    Also - it'll be thick, so adding a little ice can help, but I like it thicker so it's more filling! - 6/2/11

    I put ice in it, maybe not enough? It wasn't super thick. It just tasted gross.
