Introduction

Ingredients

    8 oz jennio ground turkey breast
    1/4 c dry wild rice mix
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    2T parsley
    1/2 t salt
    1T oregano flakes
    1T pepper
    1/2 t thyme
    1T garlic powder
    half cup chopped mushroom

    cooking spray
    2 8oz no salt added tomato sauce
    2 garlic cloves minced

Directions

spray casserole dish
mix turkey and all spices. add onion and mushroom. create 4 balls
gently put balls into casserole
cover with tomato sauce
cover and bake for 1 hour ten minutes on 350
make 4 balls one ball per serving or 8 balls two per serving
