Ingredients

    Chicken Wing, 1 lb ready-to-cook
*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 6 tbsp*
*try to find the wheat free soy sauce in your health food store
    Garlic, 3 cloves mashed
    Ginger Root, 5 slices
Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (or more, if you like it real hot)

Directions

Before cooking, I suggest the following:

In a bowl (with a cover) place all ingredients and toss to coat. Place in the refrigerator for 2+ hours or overnight.

When you are ready to cook your wings, preheat your oven to 475 degrees.

Place marinated wings in a baking dish all seperated and not overlapping.

Bake for up to 45 or until cooked to your liking.

Let wings stand on stove top for 10 minutes before serving.

Serve with my tasty coleslaw and spicy black bean salad.

Great for game day, picnics or when you need some finger licking fun!

Enjoy!

    Very Good
We made these for dinner last night and ate them while watching the championship game. They were excellent! We made 4 pounds and used both the red and cayenne pepper to make them extra hot. - 1/8/08
