    Stew Meat
    1/2 large onion - chopped
    3/4 cup chopped carrots
    3-4 celery stocks, chopped
    4 cloves garlic
    2 tbsp olive oil
    32 oz beef broth
    12 oz package of Reams Egg noodles
    1/4 cup Madeira cooking wine
    1 tbsp flour
    1/4 cup water


Heat olive oil then brown beef. Add in half of the onion, continue to brown.
Add beef broth, simmer for 1 hour
Boil egg noodles for 15 minutes, strain
Add balance of onion, carrots, celery and garlic to beef, simmer for 15 minutes
Add in egg noodles
Bake @ 325 for one hour
