    Just a note: It's a half dried bay leaf, 1-2 mac apples seeded and cored, 1/2 medium chopped zucchini and 1 slightly rounded tbsp flour.


Makes 4 servings
Heat large skillet over med heat with 2 tbsp butter cut into pieces. To the melted butter add bay leaf, celery, apples, 1/2 onion & zucchini. Season veggies with salt and pepper. Cook 10 minutes then add crumbled muffins and seeds. Combine with veggies. Season stuffing with poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Add to stuffing 2 cups chicken stock. Put stuffing into a baking/serving dish & put into oven to crisp up.
