Ingredients

    2 Avocados, mashed
    5 cherry tomatoes, diced
    ~1/2 lemon juice
    ~1/4 cup lime juice
    ~9 cloves of garlic, minced

Directions

Peel two avocados and mash them. Add lemon juice, lime juice and a bit of salt to taste (estimated amounts in ingredient lists, but add as much or little as you'd like). I like lots of garlic so I add almost an entire bulb, but again, add as much as you like. Dice the tomatoes and mix them in.
Normally guacamole will turn black by the day after making it, but if you add lots of lemon and lime juice it will stay good for several days, and it's usually a bit tastier the next day too!
