This is a tomato-based stroganoff that has been in my husband's family for years. The original recipe made with ground beef and full fat sour cream is over 600 calories. Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground turkey
    1 T. dried onion
    1 T. worcestershire sauce
    1 can tomato soup, low sodium
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 cup sour cream, reduced fat
    black pepper
    3 cups cooked brown rice

Directions

1. Cook brown rice according to directions
2. While rice is cooking, brown turkey with dried onion
3. Add worcestershire sauce, tomato soup, and tomato sauce.
4. Simmer 20 minutes
5. Add sour cream and black pepper to taste, heat through.
6. Serve over 1/2 cup rice.
