Ingredients

4oz Frozen Jumbo Cooked Shrimp (thawed with tails removed)
2 cups steamed broccoli
1 Orange
a few shakes of ground Cinnamon
a few shakes of ground Ginger
Cooking spray
Directions
thaw the frozen shrimp and remove the tails
Steam the broccoli till done the way you like it
cut the orange in half over a bowl. set half aside, with the other half make horizontal and vertical cuts in the fruit with out cutting through the rind, set aside
Put shrimp in a fry pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. pour the juice from the 1/2 of the orange that you cut, over the shrimp (squeeze the orange hard to get as much of the juice as you can, and then add the pulp to the pan as well (removing it from the rind, and cutting the pieces very small if they aren't already.)
Cook until the shrimp is thoroughly heated.
Add the broccoli and stir well
add a few shakes of ground ginger and stir well.
put it on a plate and top with a few more shakes of ground ginger, and a few shakes of ground cinnamon.
cut the remaining half of the orange into four pieces, squeeze one of the pieces over the meal, and use the other 3 pieces as an edible garnish.
