Ingredients

    1 c. Cool Whip Free
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1 c. FF milk
    1 (1 oz) pkg SF FF vanilla pudding
    1 scoop Any Whey protein powder
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Mix together pumpkin, spice and milk until well blended. Add pudding mix and beat by hand 2 minutes. Fold in cool whip. Split into two 1 cup servings; refrigerate.
