Ingredients

    1/2 c cooked oatmeal (one serving)
    1 mango (or any fruit)
    1 tsp Brown sugar, Splenda
    1 tsp Butter buds
    1 c skim milk

Directions

cook oatmeal. In a bowl, cup up fruit; top with oatmeal, then brown sugar and butter. Stir and enjoy. Drink milk with it for added protein.
