Introduction

I make this alot during the summer. Usually have it before my 6 mile morning run or after working in the yard.
You can use ANY frozen unsweetened fruit. I usually get the Great Value brand, Budget you know!

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup milk ( I use whole milk)
    2 TBS. Honey
    1 cup frozen fruit (any buy prepackaged or fresh, Mix and match)
    1 cup Great Value Vanilla yogurt
    Wheat Germ (per label)

Directions

No cooking required, measure out your ingredients and put in a smoothie maker or good blender, food processor.
Blend till most/all fruit is blended
