Ingredients

    16 oz nonfat cream cheese
    1/3 c lemon juice
    8 oz lite cool whip
    14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

    graham crackers
    flaxseed meal
    applesauce

    fruit filling or fresh or frozen fruit for topping or chocolate, caramel whatever you want!

Directions

let cool whip thaw in refrigerator. Cream cheese whips best at room temp. Smash graham crackers with rolling pin in bag or food processor. Pour into bowl. Add 3 T flaxseed meal and applesauce. Mix until crumbly. Pat into 9x13" pan using dry hands. Refrigerate.
Beat cream cheese. Add lemon juice, s & c milk, whipped topping. Blend well. Pour over crust and refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with favorite topping. Enjoy! Calories are w/o topping.
