Ingredients

6-7 Flat bread wraps (square)
grilled veges (potato, sweet potato, pumpkin)
Cream cheese (as you need it)
Sour cream (as you need it)
grated cheese (as you need it)
1 cup Mexican chilli beans
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 180c
Place a buttered wrap face down in a lasagna tin (so that the wrap is a perfect fit in the tin)
Butter top side with the cream cheese, add a layer of grilled pumpkin.
add another bread wrap with the top buttered in cream cheese, add a layer of sweer potato.
another bread wrap top buttered in cream cheese.
add chilli beans. and so on untill you have made all the layers of the lasagna, when you have added the last layer spread sour cream on top and add grated cheese.
cook for 1/2 hour or untill top is golden brown.
slice into desired squares.
I like to make a big one so i can freeze portions, and it lasts awhile.
