Introduction

Easy basic Hummus recipe- Serving size is 2 TBsp, makes about 2 cups. I usually make my garbanzo's in a thermos, but in a pinch I will use canned beans that I have rinsed. Ingredients

    1 cup of Garbanzo Beans drained
    1 TBsp Olive Oil
    3 TBsp Lemon juice
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp red pepper

Directions

Throw in the food processor and give it a whirl
