Ingredients

3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts aprox. 3 ounces each (I like to use the Tyson Natural Box Frozen Breasts for Convenience.)
3 Dashes of Salt to taste 1 per chicken breast
1/2 cup sliced thin fresh strawberries rinsed
1/2 cup fresh blueberries rinsed
1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple
1 large whole orange peeled/and diced
6 tables spoons kraft creamy poppy seed dressing
1/2 cup of water
3 1/2 cups rinsed and cleaned romaine lettuce mix
1 cup fresh spinach rinsed and cleaned
2 whole medium tomatoes cut into wedges
1/4 cup walnut pieces or chips
Directions
Grill The Chicken aprox 10 minutes each side or until done (depends on if you cook from frozen or thawed) Juices Should run clear and should not be pink on the inside - add a dash of salt per breast for taste *salt is optional!
- when done slice chicken thin - add to a large bowl add salad/spinach/strawberries/tomato's/blueberries/orange/Pineapple/ * toss together till well mixed
Add 6 tablespoons of creamy poppy seed salad dressing to 1/2-1 cup of cold water and stir well! - then mix in salad and sprinkle with walnuts serve!
*this is a trick to allow for the dressing to get over all the salad* this is a very thick dressing and helps reduce the calories when adding it to water to use like a vinaigrette! Still Get the Flavor But not the Extra Calories! *note this trick works with most creamy salad dressings.
