    Pro Lab Pure Whey chocolate protien powder, 32 gram(s)
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, .25 cup, unthawed


Add all ingredients to blender and combine on a high speed until well blended. This also makes a quick breakfast or lunch alternative when you are in a hurry. If you add a frozen banana instead of fresh it makes the shake even thicker! Makes 1 serving.

  • This is really good! I agree it would be even better with the banana frozen and I will do that next time. I used a different chocolate protein powder, so I entered all of the ingredients separately in my food tracker. Thanks! - 1/16/08
