Introduction

You can add whatever fruit you like to this recipe. I like to use 2 small banana's but did not include in the calorie count as you can add any fruit you like. Ingredients

    1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
    1/2 c. white sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    Sift/mix dry ingredients. Mix liquid ingredients into dry ingredients until just blended. Add fruit, chocolate chips, etc. if you like. Add to muffin tins.

Directions

Bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes.
