    1/4 cup red or white wine vinegar
    1 t. dried oregano
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 t. dijon mustard
    1 t. salt
    1/2 t. freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil


Mix all ingredients except olive oil together. Then, drizzle olive oil while whisking to emulsify the ingredients.

Serving Size: Makes 3/4 cup of dressing (12 Tablespoons, or 6 servings)
