Introduction

There are versions all over the net. This is the absolute most basic. To make vegan, use vegan chocolate chips. To make less firm, add a couple tablespoons of soy milk. Ingredients

1/2 cup Smooth peanut butter (you're going to want the cheap, well-blended kind for this)
1/2 cup Chocolate chips (I put dark here, but you can use whatever)
16oz block of silken tofu (You can even use firm, but the softer it is, the less likely you are to find unblended bits)
Pre-made chocolate or graham cracker pie crust

Directions

-Melt chocolate chips in double broiler or microwave.
-Blend tofu in a food processor. Add chocolate and peanut butter to food processor and blend until it is all completely even. You will probably have to scrape the sides to get it well-blended.
-Pour mixture into pie crust. Keep pie in fridge, or, if you want the pie soon, firm it in the freezer.
