I would love to try this recipe but unclear regarding the water and ice to equal 4 fl oz. How much water to start and how much ice cubes. - 9/13/11

It is 4 ounces of ice cold water. Sometimes if you have very cold tap water that will work fine, but often we need to chill our water with ice. I add cubes to my cup - then add water and stir or swirl. Then I measure out what I need. I hope this helps you.
