Ingredients

    Filling:
    1.5 cups heavy cream; bring just to boil; add
    5 ozs white chocolate, chopped
    Puffs:
    1 cup water
    1 stick butter; bring to rolling boil; add
    1 cup flour; stir, cooking until smooth; add
    4 eggs; stir until smooth
    drop tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet

Directions

30 minutes at 400 degrees
