A simple and easy meal for those busy days when you don't have time to cook. Just toss the chicken and BBQ sauce in the slow cooker and there you have it. Dinner when you get home. Ingredients

1# boneless, skinless chicken breast (frozen)
1.5 cups BBQ sauce
4 hamburger buns
Directions
Place frozen chicken breast in slow cooker.
Top with BBQ sauce and set on low.
Cook for 6 to 8 hours on low.
Remove chicken and use two forks to shred the meat.
Place the meat back in the slow cooker and allow to warm back up.
Place 4 oz of meat on each bun and serve.
**Try a slice of provolone on top for a little something more. I like to serve this with oven fries or chips.
