Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Medium Butternut Squash
    2 tsp Soft Margarine
    1 cup unpacked Brown Sugar

Directions

1. Chop off the stalk and flower end. Chop in half, lengthwise, and use a spoon to remove the seeds.
2. Brush the cut surface of the squash with the margarine(1 tsp per side)
3. Sprinkle on brown sugar and dump the rest into the two holes(1/2 cup per side)
4. Bake on a tray at 180 degrees C for up to 30 minutes, until the squash is soft.
If it starts to brown too much before it is cooked, lightly cover it with foil

Serves 4 as a side dish(1/2 cup each)
