    Strawberries, fresh, 1 medium (1-1/4" dia)
    Whey Protein Powder, 1 serving
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp
    Milk, nonfat, 2 cup

Directions

1. Cut strawberries.
