1/3pkg (115g) silken lite tofu
2T egg creations (or egg whites)
1T sesame oil
1T sesame seeds
1t wasabi
1t ginger paste
1t onion flakes (or 1T chopped onion)
1/2c rice vinegar (no sugar added)
1/4c water
2pk sweetener
2T erythritol
+/- salt & pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients into blender cup & process till smooth.
Refrigerate in dressing container (label date).
Use within 1-2wks.
