Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey (extra lean)
    10 8" tortillas
    1 can (drained) black beans
    1 can (drained) sweet corn
    1 package taco seasoning
    1 package Philly cooking cream (Sante Fe)
    Shredded cheese (reduced fat)
    Sour cream (fat free or reduced fat)
    jalepenos and onions (optional)

Directions

Brown ground meat - cook with hot peppers and onions if desired. Drain if needed, but with the 99% fat free turkey you don't need to.
Line a glass casserole dish with 5 of the tortillas
Combine the rest of the ingredients (except shredded cheese & sour cream) in a large bowl.
Layer browned meat with the "wet" ingredients.
Add another layer of tortillas and repeat.
Spread a layer of the "wet" ingredients on the top, covered with a light layer of shredded cheese.
Bake at 375 for approx 20 minutes.
Top with sour cream
