Introduction

Ingredients

    French fried onion bits, 4 tbsp
    Potato Chips, 1 oz
    Egg, fresh, 5 large
    Milk, 2%, 1.5 cup
    Swiss Cheese, 5 oz
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
    Salsa, 2 tbsp
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped or diced

Directions

Crush potato chips and sprinkle on the bottom of a pyrex deep dish pie plate. Follow with onion bits. Chop broccoli in food processor. Add broccoli to pie plate. Pulse eggs and milk in food processor until they are well blended. Add salsa to eggs and pulse. Grate cheese and add to pie plate.
Cut butter into small pieces and lay on top of quiche.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until knife inserted in quiche comes out clean.
